THE INFORMATION BELOW STILL APPLIES BUT NOW FACILITATED ONLINE COURSES ARE FOR THE TIME BEING THE NORM. AFTER COMPLETING THE INTRODUCTORY COURSE YOU CAN JOIN THE MAIN GROUP FOR FURTHER MEDITATION AND INSTRUCTION. MANY OF THE MAIN GROUP STILL MEET WEEKLY ONLINE PERHAPS SURPRISINGLY VERY SUCCESSFULLY, MAINTAINING A SPIRITUAL DHARMA CONNECTION AND CONTINUING TO FURTHER THEIR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY. Would you like to learn how to be less stressed, more mindful, relaxed, alert and present? Here you can find out more about our new weekly meditation classes in Bridgend, South Wales, run by an experienced meditator and mentor from the Awakened Heart Sangha.

The Bridgend branch welcomes beginners and those with experience who would like to learn “mindfully” about ‘Formless Meditation’. This type of meditation is practised by all AHS members but offered here in a non-doctrinal fashion for those who simply wish to learn to meditate.
